Insurance and Billing
If you have insurance, we will file that for you; however, we will expect payment for co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We offer the option to pay bills online. Pay online using our secure server here. You will receive a separate bill from your physician, facility and anesthesia, and may receive a bill from pathology if samples are taken.
Please feel free to call our billing office with any questions you may have about billing procedures or payment arrangements: (443) 841-1121.
Accepted insurances vary by physician. Please check your physician's page to confirm that your insurance will be accepted.
